Money = Blood of the World!

Hi,

Probably the reason why I am not eating so well could be the reason I am worrying too much.  I am worrying about a lot of things in life.

Especially about money.  Right now I have about $ 38, 000 in debt.  This seems to grow day by day than going down.

I want this year to be the year that I become debt free.
I will do this.  I believe in myself.

My Eating Habits

I really suck when it comes to properly taking care of myself.  I want something in writing as to what i am eating on a daily basis.

Today: Monday, Jan. 17, 2011

  • Half a cup of tea with milk and sugar - breakfast
  • 3/4 bottle of Pepsi - through out the day
  • Left over fried rice - lunch
It is now 8:00 pm and nothing until now. I don't know how I am surviving.  I weigh 99 lbs.
Later on if I eat any more I will write it down.

OK after 10:00 pm, I had the following:


  • breaded shrimp - 4 pieces
  • chicken nuggets - 6 pieces with sauce
  • half orange
  • three dates
